VIDEO: Quick Update on the Reversion Raceworks Suburban

In case you haven’t been following along to the Reversion Raceworks Suburban project, then you’re totally missing out. What started off as a wiring mess on wheels, packed with old school performance upgrades, and some backyard hack job “updates” has been taking on a massive makeover fr the last few months. Rear Suspension and Exterior 

Once you’ve watched those videos, then you’ll want to check out the update in the video above. In it, you’ll see some much needed body work efforts, to pave the way for the new wrap. You’ll also see the new front diesel truck bumper, stuffed with fresh 2000 Tahoe Limited foglights. Tying in the new front end, are a set of eBay cornering lights and earlier-style OBS headlights. It lends a unique look, and will provide Reversion with the early-’90s theme they’re aiming for with the truck.

Other updates, in the interior, include working TV and VCR (seriously — because why not?) for the rear passengers, and a modern Apple CarPlay system in the dash. Since Reversion Raceworks is in business to provide customers with modern solution for older vehicles, Tyler 3D-printed a one-off 1.5-inch DIN head unit bezel to house the Apple CarPlay device. Other interior update, include repairing center console cracks with the help of some fiberglass.

Turning back to the outside of the truck, the Method wheels have been bumped up a size to a full 20-inches, and have since been sent off to powder coating to create the correct look for the truck.
