SEMA 2014 was jam-packed with Gen-V LT1 hardware; from engine components to turbo and supercharger kits, to even complete crate engines from the cars that they power – there was definitely not a shortage of it anywhere in the show.
Our friends over at Livernois Motorsports & Engineering brought a selection of goodies for the brand new small-block Chevy, including their brand new LT1 DOD Delete Package. The guys at Livernois were kind enough to share all of the details with us in their official press release in the link below!
Livernois Motorsports & Engineering is proud to introduce its LT1 DOD Delete Package. This kit includes everything you need to convert over your LT1 DOD/AFM engine to a non-DOD/AFM engine. The core of this conversion is based around the custom billet CNC delete plate which fits under the factory valley cover.
This CNC machined piece is an exact fit for the factory valley cover and allows for easy conversion of the factory system, while still retaining the OEM PCV baffling. The tray has built in O-rings which seal off the oil passages and allow for a fully-functional non-DOD/AFM system, giving you full performance and choice of an array of performance camshafts. The rest of the components include everything needed to complete the conversion.
LT1 DOD Delete Package includes the following components:
- CNC Billet DOD Delete Tray
- Livernois Custom Camshaft
- Double Spring Kit w TI Retainers
- Head and Exhaust Gaskets
- Non-DOD/AFM Lifters & Buckets
