Fabberge C6 Corvette Stainless Steel Clutch Line


Based out of a small town in Ohio, Fabberge is quickly becoming one of the fastest-growing turbo kit companies for late-model performance vehicles, including 5th-gen Camaro and C6-C7 Corvette. While they’re largely known as a turbo kit manufacturer, they’re also branching out and offering assorted hardware for other areas of the driveline.

In this case, they’ve recently announced a stainless steel clutch line for C6 Corvettes equipped with the manual TR6060 gearbox. It protects against failing rubber lines in high-temp situations, such as road racing, drag racing  – or if your car creates a lot of under-hood heat as a result of a turbocharged or supercharged application. The best solution we offer for the 2008-2013 Corvette (with TR6060 Transmission) is our full length, stainless braided clutch line that connects your master cylinder to your slave cylinder.

This line replaces the stock metal & rubber line, eliminating any chance of fluid being restricted or otherwise tampered with by a hot, expanding rubber section.  We also heat wrap this fully stainless braided line in order to keep the fluid inside as cool as possible.

Heat Sleeve we use is FireFlex. Silicone jacketed fiberglass sleeving is the choice of professionals in racing and other industries where protection from constant temperatures approaching 500°F is mandatory. FireFlex (FI) fiberglass/silicone sleeving is engineered to contain radiant exhaust and coolant heat within pipes and hoses and to protect expensive performance equipment and operators from thermal damage.

The thick, high temperature fiberglass sleeve is jacketed with a non-permeable, heavy silicone coating that is flexible enough to follow tight radius curves, resists all automotive chemicals and solvents, and provides a substantial level of abrasion and puncture protection. FireFlex is completely non-conductive, will not melt, delaminate, become brittle or support combustion under normal conditions, and provides a professional level.
