Larger-diameter OEM style wheels are all the rage these days, and for good reason; they offer the basic look of the smaller, OEM wheels, but allow fitment for more modern rubber and larger braking systems. They also typically look as if the car came from the factory with them, rather than what you get from some aftermarket-style wheels. Plus, the odds of them looking “dated” after a few short years won’t be an issue, either.
Hawks Motorsports has been cranking away at reproducing OEM F-body wheels for some time, and you can see ALL of them, HERE. One of their latest offerings is right here on this page; a 17×9-inch version of the ’88-92 Formula wheel. A lot of owners (past and present) typically ditched the 16-inch versions since they seemed a little too small for the wheel well of the car, plus, the OEM version would oxidize after a few years. Many of them have since been ditched, lost, ruined with curb rash, and even scrapped over the years, leaving current owners without the stock wheels for their cars. But we think these 17-inchers are the perfect solution.

***PRE-ORDER*** New reproduction Formula wheels for 1988-92 Firebird Formula models but will fit any 1982-92 Camaro or Firebird application. These wheels measure 17x 9-inch with a 5×4-3/4-inch bolt pattern. These wheels feature a machined face center section with +12 offset and 5.5″ backspacing. Included are the 2 front wheel spacers needed for proper fitment. Includes 4 wheels and blank center caps, does not include the lugnuts and covers. (You can choose to add centercaps with logos in the drop down menu.)
