The iconic Camaro and Firebird turn 50-years-old this year, and Classic Industries is throwing a big celebration in Memphis, TN, the F-Body Nationals. This event will incorporate a car show, drag racing, autocross, a giant swap meet, and a giveaways. Memphis International Raceway in Millington, Tennessee, will be the venue welcoming what’s shaping up to be the largest ever f-body gathering. All years are welcome, from all walks of life — stock, street, full-blown race cars, and everything in between will be part of the bash. Think of this event as a giant family reunion for anyone who has loved the f-body.
The car show, sponsored by Ecklers, will be divided up into five generations of Camaros, and four generations of Firebirds. It will also be judged in four different classes: Stock, Street, Modified, and Platinum. Winners will get a special recognition award, you can learn more about the show and how the classes are divided here.
Start saving now for the swap meet, with that many F-body people in one place, you’re gonna find something you want. At the Shafer’s Classic Reproductions Swap Meet, there will be thousands of car parts, insignias, and even original documents to buy — everything you’re probably having a hard time finding to finish your project.
It’s also a good place to unload all of your dusty car parts from over the years, saving a space starts at $50 (pre-registration), and you could make a killing if you have some hard-to-find treasures laying around.

All registered event participants will be entered to win a new Chevy Performance 350 small block crate engine from Gandrud Chevrolet Performance Parts.
The All JEGS F-Body Nationals Drag Racing is split up into: DOT Street, Junior, and Super Eliminator, with fun runs and exhibition runs throughout the weekend. Prizes are totaling $3,000, and trophies will be given out to the winners and runners-up in each category. Come to compete, come to have fun, or just watch some of the baddest F-bodies in the nation tear up the drag strip!
