Limiting the plunger travel of the lifters meant that the non-adjustable factory LS7 rockers were no longer viable. SAM Tech replaced them with a set of steel T&D 1.8:1 rockers. The NHRA checks the actual valve lift at the rocker arms, which works out to .641 inch on SAM Tech’s LS7.
