Automotive Engine Specialties Announces Their Billet Aluminum Valve Covers
AES valve covers are constructed out of CNC-machined 1/2″ solid-billet aluminum rails that are heliarc welded to extra-thick 3003 sheet metal walls. They are precisely machined to match each engine’s gaskets, and are sized to accommodate the largest cylinder heads, rocker assemblies and stud girdles in use today.
The strength and flatness of billet rails offers incomparable sealing and fit, maintaining the integrity of the seal surface even after years of use. Our stout valve covers come with or without the custom engraved logo, and can be anodized in a variety of colors (shown in black). Additional options include; breather holes, filler caps, extra-tall for stud girdles, and valvespring oilers.
Prices start at $425/set.
