Hot Rod Super Nationals Back Again for 2018
In case you’ve missed it 2017, the fastest-growing automotive event in the Midwest is back again for another year of fun and festivities! Located in Canfield, Ohio, the Hot Rod Super Nationals is a family-friendly atmosphere with over 3,000 cars on display.
Whether you’re into hot rods, muscle cars, customs, tuners, trucks or even low riders, there’s something for everyone. Some of our favorite vendors will be in attendance, too, including Summit Racing Equipment and Mongoose Motorsports.
The dates of the show span from June 22rd-24th, and vehicles of all makes, years and models are welcome to attend! After the show closes each evening, there’s nearby cruising in Boardman, Ohio and there’s an afterparty at Southern Park Mall. Spaces are limited at the afterparty, but the event has a guaranteed 700 spots locked in, with the lot being a dedicated space for the event’s participants.
There will be a huge judged car show for separate classes with dash plaques for all (while supplies last!), a Dyno Wars Challenge sponsored by Revolution Performance and one awesome Burnout Contest from those who wish to participate! We just caught wind of the Packard Museum bringing out several cars that’s in the collection, and many of the Midwest’s largest car clubs will be turning out!
Kids Town returns for 2018, that hosts all sorts of games and activities for those young (or young at heart) gearheads in your family, including a kids autocross and bounce houses. Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Barricade replicas from Transformers will make special guest appearances as will Lightning McQueen and Mater from the Cars film series. More details will follow as they are announced, so keep it posted here for the updates!
In the meantime, you can register your vehicle for the show in advance, by filling out the registration form HERE!
