The 2016 GS Nationals are coming to Bolwing Green, Kentucky on September 14-17!
If you’re a Buick guy and you love just about anything with a Tri-Sheild attached to the front grille, then you seriously need to hightail it down to Bowling Green, Kentucky on September 14-17, 2016. Why? Because the Buick GS Nationals are back in town for 2016 and taking over Beech Bend Raceway for a weekend filled with drag racing, a car show, new parts vendors, a swap meet, fun, food and a lot of great people! Oh yeah, and we’ll be there covering the event once again, too!
Hosted by the Buick GS Club of America (GSCA) this will be the 33rd annual GS Nationals, and you’ll never see a more committed, dedicated group of car enthusiasts. Though rather tight knit; it’s pretty commonplace to see event participants exchanging technical information and even lending parts to each other in order to keep their own competition in the running – it’s all about helping each other out and keeping the Buick hobby going! What could be better than that?
So if you’ve ever wanted to see an eclectic group of Buicks spanning from the 1950s, all the way up to today with a strong focus on the ’60s, ’70 and ’80s-era Buick musclecars, then the GS Nationals is for you. Just in case you’ve missed the 2015 event, you can check out just what kind of hardware you can expect to see at the event below or, see the full story here!
